Strength You Can Count
We don’t do vague. Every DeBourgh shelving line is rated in pounds, per shelf, evenly loaded: 400, 800, and 1,200-lb duty classes in clip-style; up to 2,300 lbs per shelf in high-capacity boltless; and a full 2,800 lbs per shelf in reinforced bolted shelving. Welded box-beam shelf construction and 14-gauge cold-rolled steel posts mean those numbers hold on year one and year twenty.
Up in Minutes, Not Hours
Clip-style shelves set with just four zinc-plated clips — no nuts, no bolts. Boltless rivet units go together with a rubber mallet and zero loose fasteners. Your crew builds an aisle before lunch, and every shelf still adjusts on 1-1/2" centers when the job changes.
Starts Small. Grows Tall.
Every line is modular: starter units expand with adder units that share posts, so runs grow without wasted steel. Post splices and high-capacity H-posts with more than twice the load capacity of standard posts take the same system multilevel, all the way to mezzanine and high-rise applications at heights up to 123".
